Before payment
A free trial is available without a card. Paid plans provide a single 30-day access period and do not renew automatically.
Duplicate charges or service issues
Email j.penotti@blue17studios.net with your account email and payment reference if you believe you were charged twice or paid access was not provided. Do not send card numbers. We will review the transaction and service records and arrange a correction or refund where appropriate.
Other refund requests
Contact us with the reason for your request. Use of a plan does not guarantee a particular creative output. Any applicable consumer cancellation and statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. A full refund ends the access associated with that payment.
