A few things
before you start.
What counts as an AI request?
One successful breakdown, synopsis, script answer, or shot suggestion. Failed provider requests are not counted. Manual scene detection, notes, editing, and exports do not consume AI requests.
When does my trial start?
After registration and email verification, you can create projects. The 14-day clock starts when you first use AI. If the AI service is unavailable, your trial time and allowance are not used.
What happens when access ends?
You can still open, edit, export, and delete existing projects. New project creation and AI requests require a new paid access period. Unused AI requests do not roll over.
How do payments and renewals work?
Pay securely through Stripe for 30 days of access. There are no automatic renewals. You can choose a new period when the current one ends; contact us for a change during an active period.
Can I work with a team?
Creator and Pro provide one individual account. You can share exported briefs and shot lists with colleagues. Shared multi-user editing and team permissions are not included in this release.
Can I request a refund?
Contact us about duplicate charges or an access problem so we can review it. See the refund policy for details. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
