At a glance: This is an informational website for an in-development product. Contact forms prepare an email in your own email application; they do not submit to a website backend. The interactive product concept runs locally in your browser.
1. Who we are

2. Information you choose to provide
If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organization, project description, questions, and any attachments you intentionally send. The contact form on this website prepares a draft email addressed to us; its fields are not submitted to a Blue17 server. Information reaches us only if you send the prepared email through your email provider.
If you express interest in product updates or a pilot, we may use your message and contact details to respond about that request. We do not promise a fixed update schedule or automatic enrollment in a mailing list.
3. Interactive product preview and local files
The Product Preview uses fictional sample projects and runs in your browser. Sample comments and approval changes are held in the page’s temporary memory and are not transmitted to us. If you select a PDF for local preview, the browser opens that file locally; this site does not upload or retain it. Reloading or closing the page removes these temporary changes.
4. Automatically processed technical information
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information required to serve pages and maintain security, such as IP addresses, request times, user-agent information, and requested URLs. The extent and retention of those logs depend on the hosting configuration. We do not use a website analytics or advertising tracker in the current site build.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or account-session cookies. Browser features used for the interactive demo do not require an account or persistent browser storage. Your browser and hosting or security providers may still use technical mechanisms outside our direct control.
6. How we use information
We use information received through correspondence to answer inquiries, discuss potential pilot participation, share relevant development updates when requested, understand product needs, and protect our communications from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
7. Sharing and service providers
Emails may be processed by the email services used by you and Blue17 Studios, Inc. Website requests may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect legitimate rights and security. We do not make your project materials public merely because you contact us.
8. Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address the purpose of the exchange, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not email confidential scripts, unreleased materials, or sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with ordinary email handling and have agreed on suitable safeguards.
9. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send a prepared email. You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold, or to stop contacting you about product updates, by emailing j.penotti@blue17studios.net. We will handle requests as required by applicable law, subject to lawful retention needs.
10. International communications
Messages and technical information may be processed in countries where relevant email, hosting, or infrastructure providers operate. Any applicable legal protections continue to apply.
11. Children
The website is intended for professional and business audiences, not for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or product evolves. The effective date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes to how a future live platform processes data would be addressed in updated notices.
