Use cases

Made for the people moving stories forward.

From independent producers to compact video teams, Blue17 Workspace is being designed for creative collaboration without unnecessary complexity.

01 / PRODUCERS

Independent producers

Keep development materials and contributor feedback connected as a project moves from concept to pitch.

A possible workflow

  1. Upload a script and deck into one project.
  2. Invite collaborators to review the latest version.
  3. Resolve notes and record the agreed draft.
02 / STUDIOS

Small studios

Make it easier for a lean team to see what is waiting for review, what changed, and what has been approved.

A possible workflow

  1. Track several projects in development.
  2. Keep script and presentation versions organized.
  3. Surface outstanding approvals before meetings.
03 / VIDEO TEAMS

Video & commercial teams

Connect creative briefs, treatments, and client-facing review decisions in a more visible process.

A possible workflow

  1. Share a treatment for internal review.
  2. Collect comments against the correct version.
  3. Confirm the approved direction for production.
Example scenario

One project. One clear source of truth.

Imagine a producer preparing a new feature project for a small group of collaborators.

1

Set the stage. A new project holds the current script, pitch deck, and key milestones.

2

Review with context. Team members comment on specific PDF pages rather than passing notes through separate emails.

3

Keep the record. After revisions, the producer requests a review of the new version and records the decision.

A better fit for small teams

Structure without slowing down the creative work.

Blue17 Workspace is planned around practical review and approval needs rather than heavyweight production management. Teams should be able to understand what matters next without a long onboarding process.

The proposed subscription model will consider the number of users and active projects. Pilot feedback will help shape the product and its packaging.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

We want to be clear about what is planned and what is available today.

Is Blue17 Workspace available to use now?

Not yet. Blue17 Workspace is in development. The Product Preview is an interactive concept with sample data, not a live production service.

Can teams upload real projects today?

There is no live workspace or cloud storage available through this website. The concept demo can open a PDF locally in your browser; it does not upload or retain that file.

Who is the first release designed for?

Independent producers, small studios, and video teams that need a straightforward way to manage PDF versions, comments, and approvals.

How can I share product feedback?
