By using blue17studios.net, you agree to these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms concern the public website and demonstration only; any future paid product would be subject to its own applicable agreement.

2. Website purpose and product status

The website describes the proposed Blue17 Workspace product and invites expressions of interest. Features, workflows, visuals, business models, and release plans are preliminary and may change or be discontinued. Labels such as “In Development,” “Planned,” “Exploratory,” and “Concept Preview” indicate that a capability is not currently offered as a live service.

3. Concept preview and sample data

The Product Preview contains fictional sample projects, documents, collaborators, comments, and decisions. Interactive actions such as adding a note, changing an approval, or opening a local PDF are browser-only demonstrations. They do not create a real project, store data in a cloud workspace, or communicate with other users. Do not rely on this demo for actual production records or approvals.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its demonstration for lawful informational and evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or misrepresent the demonstration as a live production system.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, branding, written content, illustrations, and sample interface are owned by Blue17 Studios, Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or commercially exploit them beyond what the law permits without authorization. Any feedback you voluntarily send may be considered in product development; please avoid sharing material you are not authorized to disclose.

6. Contact and expressions of interest

Waitlist and pilot contact options prepare email drafts. A request is not submitted until you send the email using your email provider. We may respond at our discretion and cannot guarantee a reply, pilot invitation, product launch date, or access to future services. Submitting interest does not create a contractual relationship or purchase obligation.

7. Future subscriptions

A subscription model based on team users and active projects is contemplated, but pricing, plans, service levels, and availability are not finalized. No purchase or subscription is offered through this website.

8. AI-related concepts

AI Briefs shown in the concept preview are illustrative examples, not live generated outputs. If AI-assisted capabilities are developed, their content will require human review for accuracy, rights, and suitability. Do not treat example text as factual, legal, or professional advice.

Contact links may open your email application or email provider. Their operation, privacy practices, and availability are governed by those third parties. We are not responsible for their services.
