Assistance should have a place
Creative teams do not need an automatic decision-maker hidden inside the workflow. They need tools that make the material easier to understand and the next discussion more productive. That is the starting point for Blue17’s AI approach.
Preserve the original
The script, interview transcript, and creative brief are source material. A model suggestion is a new layer. Keeping them separate allows the team to inspect the suggestion without losing the original wording or its provenance.
Do not turn a suggestion into approval
An automatically drafted summary is not an agreed synopsis. An extracted task is not an assigned commitment. A suggested production tag is not a verified requirement. The person responsible should accept or revise the item before it becomes part of the plan.
Respect the boundaries of the material
Use documents and recordings the team is authorized to process. Contributors may have different expectations about how their words are stored or reused. Choose what you submit for AI processing and keep confidential material within your agreed production permissions.
Design for correction
A good interface makes it easy to disagree. The user should be able to read the source, change a note, reject an output, and leave a question unresolved. The human cut is not an obstacle to automation. It is the creative judgment the tool exists to support.
